After Yo Yo’s success in the restaurant industry we decided to take a new direction and find other ways to expand into other markets.

Students, shoppers, business people alike all need an alternative option when it comes to eating out. That’s where Yo Yo Noodle comes in!

Yo Yo Noodle has been created to offer a totally new dining experience to a totally new market. Yo Yo Noodle is aimed at people on the go, people who need good quality, healthy fast food to fit around their busy schedules.

After the growing popularity of takeaway noodles and takeaway boxes from our buffet restaurants - Yo Yo Noodle seemed the perfect approach to fast affordable food!

Our first branch opened in September 2010 in the bustling city of Nottingham. We hope to open many more Yo Yo Noodle bars as a franchise throughout the year and in the next few years to come!

ERIC HO

Founder

Eric has a background in Art and Design and over 10 years in the hospitality and catering industry, he is the driving force of Yo Yo Noodle. He has a keen interest in philanthropy and is truly an inspiring leader.

JADEY LI

CEO

Jadey directs the operations of Yo Yo. She lived in Hong Kong for 2 years working in the Legal and Corporate world before coming back to work at Yo Yo. She directs and organizes the entire operations of Yo Yo.

STEVE GWILT

Creative Director

Steve also has a background in Art and Design, and believe it or not him and Eric actually met over 10 years ago when they went to college together! Steve is a creative genius! All these posters and marketing material that you see all come from Steve and his Team!

DARREN HO

Public Relations Director

Darren has a passion for fast cars and people, he previously worked directly under the CEO of Lotus Beijing and has much experience in social media and public relations. Have a media question? Give Darren a call.

GEORGE VONG

Research and Development Manager

An interesting fact about George, he used to play Poker for a living, this was before he discovered his passion for Noodles and became our in-house research and development manager. He is the brains behind all the new products that we have in place. George does fantastic market and development research and comes up with new and amazing products and developments every day.

SIMON BRAID

Franchise Executive

Simon is one of our Franchise Executives. He has a background in business management and has a passion for noodles. He is responsible for dealing with franchisees in the London area.

Simon has previously worked for other franchises but he says that Yo Yo is of course the best franchise out there.

ALEX LI

Franchise Executive

Alex is also a franchise executive, he is responsible for the whole of the midlands area and is there main point of contact. He has a background in the hospitality and catering industry. Alex although is very young has a number of years of experience under his belt already!

He is very passionate about Yo Yo and is one of the most knowledgeable Executives we have on the team, want to know anything? Just ask him!

CHING YU TAN

International development Manager

Ching is responsible for the international development of the brand. He is big on personal development and also does extensive training for Yo Yo.

Yo Yo is growing internationally as well as nationally and Ching’s multilingual skills allows him to communicate with our international partners facilitating Yo Yo’s continued growth and development. Ching is permanently based in Beijing and works on growing the brand in the APAC region.

JENNIE MING

International Sales Manager

Jennie Ming is responsible for the sale of our Master Franchises. Also with multilingual skills Jennie helps with the development of Yo Yo Noodle Stores abroad.

DAVE SMITH

Corporate Identity and Character consultant

Dave is responsible for the Yo Yo Character, which you see today. He is also largely responsible for creating the corporate identity, which surrounds the Yo Yo Group as a whole and in particular Yo Yo Noodle. Dave Smith makes Yo Yo come alive and helps with creating awareness and bringing Yo Yo to life.

CHENG KUAN HE

Head Chef Consultant

Mr He is a partner of our restaurants and is acting as our head chef consultant for the Yo Yo Group. Mr He has years of experience in the kitchen. Having worked and managed the kitchens of all our restaurants Mr He is a renowned chef within the National Chinese Community, he knows what he is talking about when it comes to Noodles. Mr He’s passion allows him to come up with new menus, new sauces, and allows for the development of Yo Yo with the changing times.

JAMES HOBBS

Media consultant

James is our media consultant he co-ordinates and creates all the animations and videos for Yo Yo. He has a passion for all things video and even created his own invention just to record some Yo Yo Videos.

JAEMAR AKA SUPER STAR WOKER

Wok Trainer

Jaemar is our Super Star woker at Yo Yo. He is involved with all the wok training as well as working at our sites. That’s him on our youtube videos, helping us wok our way to the top.

Aside from his passion for woking and coming up with new moves, Jaemar is also very passionate about music and has his own band!

PAUL CHEUNG

Franchise Executive

Paul has a passion for the aviation industry and previously worked as an air steward before joining the team. Paul has extensive experience in the catering industry and is responsible for dealing with franchises in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
